Let there be sheet rock. And it was good

Finally I completed moving walls, creating new walls and cleaning up. Now it is time to bring in the sheet rock. It is so nice to start covering up all of the studs and conduit. Everyone in the family helped. And eventually I got quite good at using my Roto-Zip to cut in outlets.

In the next two weeks we hope to finish hanging the sheet rock, tape, mud, sand and paint. With the exception of the stairwell (it will be the last part to be done due to the traffic). We may even be able to start on the drop ceiling if we do not run in to too many problems.

I was reading you response to the compressed air cars on another site. I have some ideas I was wanting to bounce off someone. I was wondering why they run the compressors off the battery? Why not off the wheels and engine. Meaning if the car needed 100% of the air to produce the force. Why not get back 20% from the engine in the belt system and 80% off the wheels in a geared system (or 20% off each wheel.) at each point of energy ther could be a compressor pumping air into the tanks. Then the car would produce air even in a deceleration mode. Not just during start and take off.

I have been exsploring developing this theory in a proto type. However I would need to purchase an air powered car or engine. Do you know where I can get one?

I noticed your interest in this subject however I am just lost in the idea. Not a big car buff but I love inventing and creating.

I noticed you remodel work pictures. I am a home designer here in Matthews NC. www.avidhomestudios.com
